Who is Resinet?
Resinet came into being due to approaches from Owners Corporation Committees (formerly known as Bodies Corporate), Facility Managers and Developers wishing to overcome their unique challenges and wishing to make more informed decisions.
Resinet has often been approached to provide management due to Owners Corporations experiencing historical management issues and a lack of perceived choice. Most importantly Resinet has taken on challenging new directions in OC Management in conjunction with OC Committees to assist them in standing out from the crowd and adding value to their developments.
With Resinet you can throw all of those old perceptions out the window by the use of adaptable, competent and skilled management.
We are not an out of control empire and therefore have the time to provide a more personal service many OC's are promised but appear not to receive.
Where did Resinet come from?
Resinet has been involved in Owners Corporation Management within the Melbourne CBD for over 10 years, firstly through its associated business - strategicFM which had provided FM (Facility Management) advice and consulting to many large Owners Corporations. Some of these OCs then requested OC management and Resinet was born.
The principal is Merv Harris, a registered OC Manager and former Victoria Police Fraud Squad Detective with qualifications in Engineering, Building, Staff Training, and OH & S. This experience has been successful in bringing parties to the table to resolve challenging development issues and experience new innovative solutions in looking after their vertical village.
Where is Resinet going?
Resinet continues to overcome many operational issues for OCs by applying hard earned experience in a proactive and transparent manner. We have more and more become a resource for advice as a consequence and take pride in our ability to offer unbiased advice to you the client.
Quite often your choice is simply to decide whether you and your OC want to move forward with some certainty. We provide certainty as many issues can be resolved by a proactive approach which includes helping to educate lot owners and committees re their obligations and also in how to resolve their many challenges in the most practical and cost effective manner.
